At Latitude 37, we believe that journey should feel considered, structured and genuinely collaborative. We're looking for a Client Experience Lead (Design) who can build trusted relationships, guide clients with confidence and help turn outstanding design conversations into exceptional homes.

This is not a traditional sales role.

It's a relationship-led position where you'll work alongside our Design & Client Experience Manager, Designers and Estimators to guide clients from initial enquiry through to execution of the External Design Agreement (EDA). Your ability to listen, communicate clearly and provide commercial guidance will help clients make informed decisions with confidence.

What you'll be responsible for

- Own the client journey from initial enquiry through to signing the External Design Agreement (EDA), guiding clients with confidence through every stage of the design journey.
- Build trusted relationships by understanding each client's lifestyle, aspirations, site, design priorities and budget, ensuring every recommendation aligns with their vision and investment.
- Manage a portfolio of opportunities, maintaining momentum, accurate pipeline forecasting and disciplined CRM management (HubSpot) while achieving conversion and commercial targets.
- Partner closely with our Designers, Estimators and Design & Client Experience Manager to coordinate design briefs, reviews and client presentations that balance outstanding design with commercial discipline.




- Lead the preparation and presentation of Custom Home Proposals (CHP), clearly communicating design intent, pricing and project value while confidently guiding clients towards commitment.
- Protect project profitability by managing budgets, identifying risks early and ensuring design outcomes remain aligned with agreed expectations.
- Build strong relationships with referral partners and represent Latitude 37 at client and industry events.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by embracing technology, maintaining high-quality client data and helping refine the systems and processes that support an exceptional client experience.

About you

You'll enjoy this role if you naturally balance empathy with commercial thinking.

You'll likely bring:

- Five or more years' experience in custom residential construction, architecture, interior design, property or a related industry
- A proven ability to manage premium client relationships
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Confidence presenting complex proposals and guiding important decisions
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance client outcomes with business objectives
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot)



and digital business systems
- Excellent organisation, communication and relationship-building skills
