Senior Electrician role combining mentoring, estimating, technical support and hands-on troubleshooting.

With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance and technical solutions, they are seeking an experienced and motivated electrical professional to play a key role in supporting both their field teams and customer base.

Your new role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Electrician to join the business in a blended role that combines technical leadership, mentoring, estimating and operational support. Predominantly office-based, you will work closely with field technicians, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting complex electrical issues, supporting breakdown response activities and acting as a backup to the Supervisor when required. You will also assist with developing training processes, mentoring team members, reviewing electrical drawings and preparing quotes and estimates for maintenance and project works. While the role is primarily local and based around a standard 38-hour week, flexibility to support in office activities and breakdown work when required will be essential.

What you'll need to succeed

- Electrical Licence
- Extensive experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills on machinery and control circuits




- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Experience providing technical support, mentoring or leadership to electricians
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quoting and estimating is highly regarded
- Overhead crane maintenance experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
