Your new role
The Conveyancing Manager will be responsible for the effective coordination of all conveyancing operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, compliance, and high‑quality service delivery. The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to the conveyancing team while maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management - Oversee daily workflow, allocate files, and ensure compliance with ACT legislation and internal procedures.
- Team Support - Provide guidance, assistance, and escalation support to conveyancers as required.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement - Maintain strong professional relationships and uphold service standards.
