Duties & Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 140 properties
Long-standing owners
Portfolios are capped so that you can properly service your landlords
Dedicated VA for admin support
No VCAT cases since 2024 - spotless portfolio!
About You
3+ years of Property Management experience
VIC Agents Rep Certificate
Avalid driver's license
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
