This is an excellent opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role where you'll supervise projects, mentor apprentices and electricians, and play a key part in delivering high-quality electrical work.

About the Role

As the Leading Hand Electrician, you/'ll be responsible for leading crews on site while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising electricians and apprentices on site
- Planning, coordinating and delivering electrical projects
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
- Liaising with clients, project managers and other trades
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and plans
- Carrying out installations, maintenance, testing and fault finding




- Maintaining compliance with Australian Standards and WHS requirements
- Mentoring apprentices and promoting a positive team culture
- Taking ownership of projects from start to finish

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (or the ability to obtain an NT licence)
- Extensive commercial electrical experience
- Previous experience leading teams or supervising projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Current White Card
- Current Driver/'s Licence
- Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety

Desirable

- Experience working on defence, government or infrastructure projects
- Working at Heights, EWP, CPR/LVR and First Aid certifications
- Experience mentoring apprentices
