We are seeking an experienced Objective Reg Works Specialist to join a high‐performing team delivering critical system analysis, configuration, and implementation outcomes within a dynamic government workplace.

Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of a 12‐month extension
Citizenship requirement: Australian citizenship mandatory
Clearance requirement: NV1
About the Role
You will provide subject‐matter expertise across system analysis, configuration, integration, and testing, working within a multidisciplinary team environment. This role requires strong analytical capability and hands‐on experience implementing and configuring COTS solutions, particularly Objective Reg Works.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into system designs
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise Objective Reg Works functionality
- Perform system analysis and integration activities
- Develop and execute UAT test cases
- Write and analyse complex SQL queries
- Produce technical, functional, and business documentation
- Support continuous improvement and change initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders and provide expert advice
- Mentor team members and transfer knowledge
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in systems analysis and design
- Proven ability in requirements definition and stakeholder management
- Expertise providing specialist technical advice
- Experience working with Objective Reg Works or similar regulatory platforms
- Advanced analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Experience with low‐code / no‐code implementations
Desirable
- Consultancy experience and stakeholder facilitation
- User experience evaluation and usability testing exposure
