Description

We are seeking passionate and independent Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists to join a developing NDIS-focused service delivering community-based supports across metro and regional NSW.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a flexible, varied role spanning Sydney and Dubbo, with fully supported regional travel and the chance to help build up the Allied Health space from the ground up!

Locations

- Western Sydney & Dubbo (split-base role)
- Flexible travel required between sites
- Example structure: 2 weeks Sydney / 1 week Dubbo (open to negotiation)
- Western Sydney clinic open from July 2026

About The Role

- Deliver allied health services to a mixed caseload under the NDIS
- Manage your own caseload independently with admin support provided
- Travel between Sydney and Dubbo as required
- Work autonomously in a developing service
- Ability to tailor caseload mix to your interests and experience

Benefits:

- $85,000 – $115,000 + superannuation + more!
- Travel and accommodation fully covered for regional work

About You

- AHPRA-registered Psychologist or Occupational Therapist,or qualified Speech Pathologist
- Experience or confidence working within the NDIS
- Strong time management and caseload organisation skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel regionally
- WWCC, NPC, NDIS + relevant compliance
