What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager within a commercial building setting, ideally in Australia.
- A track record of successfully leading complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks to maximise project outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating project delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fostering positive collaborations across all levels.
- Ability to work closely with executive leadership, including supporting strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Exposure to remote projects, and the ability to gain an S26.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Exposure to a variety of project types within the commercial sector.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of Australian building regulations and standards.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior project or construction management roles within the commercial building industry.
