Wisely is seeking a proactive and solutions-focused IT Coordinator to support, maintain and improve the technology systems that keep our operations running. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across Microsoft 365, user support, devices, systems administration, and technology projects, helping drive efficiency and innovation throughout the business.

About the Role
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support across the organisation, coordinating technology resources, and contributing to system improvements that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across the business.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and system access.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Manage IT assets including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other business systems.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and IT best practices.
- Maintain system documentation, asset registers, and IT procedures.
- Support technology projects, system implementations,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in an IT Support, IT Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Highly competent networking knowledge and experience with cloud-based systems.
- Experience supporting Windows devices, mobile technology, and networking equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.
