We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a modern, well-established agency located in Brisbane's inner city. This is a genuine in-office portfolio management role, offering autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a collaborative team. NO out of office or administration (mostly in-office).

About the Role As the Property Manager,



you'll be responsible for managing your own residential portfolio from end to end while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage a residential portfolio of 240 properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor works
- Manage arrears and tenancy compliance
- Prepare notices and tenancy documentation in line with legislation
- Attend tribunal hearings when required
- Ensure exceptional customer service and communication at every stage
- Maintain accurate records using property management software

About You To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
