Green Light are assisting in delivering projects for an industry leading organisation and have a requirement for a talented Maximo Consultant for a contract role based Australia-wide. Previous experience within a large enterprise technical environment will ensure that you are a valuable member of the team.

Responsibilities

- Lead consulting engagements to assess, define, and harmonise asset management processes across the organisation.
- Conduct asset data assessments, cleansing, validation, and standardisation activities to improve data quality and governance.
- Provide functional expertise and support for IBM Maximo implementation, configuration, and optimisation.
- Design and support system integrations between Maximo and related enterprise platforms.
- Lead transition and onboarding activities to ensure successful adoption of new asset management solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Maximo managed services, including ongoing support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice on cloud, private cloud, and hybrid deployment models for enterprise asset management platforms.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, ensuring delivery of best-practice asset management outcomes.

Requirements

- Extensive experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and asset management consulting environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo implementation, configuration, migration, and support.




- Proven track record in asset data analysis, cleansing, standardisation, and governance initiatives.
- Experience designing and supporting integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, private cloud, and hybrid cloud deployment models.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic consulting services.
- Excellent project delivery, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Information Technology, Asset Management, or a related discipline, with Maximo certifications highly regarded.
