Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a $40M industrial expansion project in Bunbury.

The Opportunity:

You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a significant industrial project, leading site operations from commencement through to completion.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and well-resourced delivery team, you'll be empowered to make decisions, build robust subcontractor relationships and deliver a quality project that reflects the company's reputation.

Key Requirements:

- Trade qualified Carpenter preferred
- Previous experience as a Site Manager with a commercial main contractor
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects valued $30M+
- Strong understanding of subcontractor management, site safety, quality and programme management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive programmes, manage site teams and deliver projects to a high standard
