Role & Duties
- Owner and contractor liaison
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Rental arrears management
- Complete final bond inspections
- Manage bond claims and end-of-tenancy processes
- Ensure legislative and safety compliance
- Provide regular owner updates and communication
About You
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Valid WA driver’s licence
