The Company

Our client is looking for someone with a genuine knack for business development to take the reins of their strata department. Not just managing a portfolio, but actively growing it.

This is really a BDM role at heart. You’ll be building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and bringing new schemes into the business. While strata management experience is important, the key focus is growth, with significant opportunity ahead as current developments continue to emerge across Perth.

Role & Duties

- Actively sourcing and converting new business
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Helping shape the department's direction
- Running AGMs, EGMs and council meetings
- Managing budgets and capital works
- Ensure adherence to WA Strata Titles legislation

About You

- You're a confident strata professional with more than 5 years' hands-on experience, who's built a genuine track record of bringing in new business alongside independently running a portfolio and leading AGMs.
