The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Developer Programmer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge cloud-based custom software solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with our clients, stakeholders, and fellow developers to create high-quality, user-friendly software applications that meet our clients' unique needs.

Job Duties

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-based custom software solutions using various programming languages and frameworks.
2. Develop and maintain database structures, APIs, and backend services to ensure optimal performance and reliability of software applications.
3. Write, review, and maintain high-quality code, and ensure that all code meets company coding standards and quality expectations.
4. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues through debugging and implementing robust software solutions.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements, develop solutions, and ensure timely delivery of software applications.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of software applications and system architecture.
7. Provide technical support for deployed applications, and collaborate with the support team to resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based custom software solutions.
3. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, or JavaScript.
4. Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
5. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and SQL.
6. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly regarded.
7. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and fellow developers.
9. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
10. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
