RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE PLUMBER

About the Role

Join a professional team delivering high-quality residential plumbing maintenance across Canberra and surrounding regions.

You'll enjoy a varied workload including maintenance, repairs, fault finding and customer service while working independently with the support of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

* Residential plumbing maintenance and repairs
* Leak detection and fault finding
* Hot water systems, taps, toilets and drainage repairs
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Complete job reports and documentation
* Maintain high safety and workmanship standards

Skills & Experience

* Qualified Plumber
* Minimum 2 years' residential maintenance experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Current Driver's Licence

RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING MANAGER

About the Role

We're also seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Manager to lead and support a growing maintenance team.





You'll oversee daily operations, mentor plumbers, coordinate workloads and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of a team while helping shape the future growth of a successful business.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor residential plumbing teams
* Coordinate daily schedules and job allocations
* Ensure exceptional customer service and workmanship
* Support business growth and operational performance
* Monitor quality, safety and productivity
* Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Skills & Experience

* Extensive residential plumbing experience
* Previous leadership, supervisor or management experience preferred
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
* Current Plumbing Licence and Driver's Licence
