Internally referred to as the Manager – Accounting, Tax & Business Advisory, you'll lead a portfolio of privately owned business clients while mentoring a capable team and delivering Accounting, Tax & Business Advisory services.
Duties
1. Manage a portfolio of privately owned business clients
2. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
3. Deliver Accounting, Tax & Business Advisory services
4. Build trusted client relationships and provide commercial advice
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to deliver integrated client solutions
Skills & Experience
1. CA or CPA qualified
2. Australian public practice Accounting, Tax & Business Advisory experience
3. Experience managing client portfolios and leading team members
4. Strong relationship management and commercial mindset
5. Virtual CFO or broader advisory experience highly regarded
