About You
- Previous experience in residential or commercial property management
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Confident managing priorities and resolving issues professionally
- Eager to build a long-term career in commercial property management
The Role
- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of commercial and industrial properties
- Prepare and administer commercial leases
- Negotiate lease renewals and coordinate lease documentation
- Maintain accurate records using RP Office
- Monitor rental arrears and follow up with tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and contractor works
- Prepare rent reviews, annual rent increases, and outgoing reconciliations
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Work alongside a supportive administration team, allowing you to focus on client service and portfolio management
