About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Landscaper looking to take the next step in their career. Join a well-established landscape construction business delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Melbourne. Initially joining as a Senior Landscaper, you'll work closely with an experienced crew while being mentored into a Team Leader position over the coming months.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality hardscape and softscape landscape construction.
- Construct retaining walls, paving, concreting, decking, planting, irrigation and turf installation.
- Collect a company vehicle from the South Melbourne yard before travelling to site each morning.
- Read plans and ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively within an established crew on residential landscape projects.
- Assist with coordinating day-to-day site activities and lead by example.
- Ensure secure work practices and quality workmanship are maintained.
- Build strong relationships with clients and fellow team members.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in landscape construction.
- Strong knowledge of both hardscape and softscape landscaping.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring others or a genuine desire to step into leadership.
- Horticulture qualification or background highly regarded.
- Current driver's licence and white card essential
- Working With Children Check preferred.
- Reliable, motivated and takes pride in producing quality work.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.

- Salary package between $85,000 - $100,000 + Super, depending on experience.
