Key Responsibilities
- Lead documentation packages for new build and fit-out health clinics
- Put together enscape concept presentations
- Produce detailed Revit models and coordinate drawing packages from planning through to construction
- Collaborate closely with project leads, internal teams, and site personnel
- Maintain consistent, accurate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Uphold high technical standards and contribute positively to team culture
Skills & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications of Architectural industry experience
- Proven experience within the health or small-scale commercial sector
- Advanced Revit & Enscape proficiency with a strong technical folio
- Solid understanding of design development, construction documentation, and coordination processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative studio setting
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast paced environment
