Join a leading global retail brand supporting high-volume hiring across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and manage end-to-end recruitment.
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong understanding of the local retail environment
- Proven recruitment experience (high volume end to end)
- Experience preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation
- The ability to maintain and update employee data within our HRIS and Time & Attendance systems
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Ability to provide HR sound advice and guidance in accordance with the General Retail Award and (this is a bonus, not essential)
