- Experience in a supervisory or junior management role in hospitality (bonus points if you’ve worked in a high-energy environment before!)
- A natural leader who loves being on the floor, interacting with guests, and getting your hands dirty to support your team
- A sports fan who enjoys being part of the action
- The ability to balance the hustle —you’ll juggle daily tasks while always keeping an eye on the big picture
