Dental experience isn't essential. If you have experience in medical reception, healthcare administration, customer service, or a similar role, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed in dental.# **About the Opportunity**As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our centres. You'll be responsible for:* Welcoming patients and managing appointments* Handling patient enquiries and phone calls* Processing payments and health fund claims* Supporting administrative functions across the centre* Learning dental systems and sterilisation (Steri)
