Responsibilities
As a Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will deliver key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
You will lead teams through providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve amazing food and create memorable customer experiences.
Your strong business acumen will guide continuous improvement and cost optimisation while maintaining our high standards.
Qualifications
As a Manager, you must be an expert multi‑tasker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You should have demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry and strong commercial acumen. You should be able to translate direction into action and inspire your crew to perform at their best.
Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations, including interpreting awards, will be highly regarded.
