WA Fuels in Wattleup seeks an experienced HR & HSE Advisor to blend hands-on human resources support with safety, environment, and compliance duties. You will work closely with the general manager, supervisors, and operations to build a robust safety culture and robust HR processes.
This role requires practical, visible work in the yard and on site, handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, incident investigations, and ongoing improvement of policies.
