About the Role

AMIGA Montessori is seeking an experienced and passionate Childcare Centre Manager to lead our Armstrong Creek service.

As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, guide and develop a dedicated team of educators, build strong partnerships with families and ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Centre Manager or a highly capable 2IC or Assistant Centre Manager who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, Montessori-inspired education and care

- Build trusted relationships with children, families and the Armstrong Creek community

- Oversee compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations, Child Safe Standards and the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan

- Manage enrolments, occupancy, centre tours, family enquiries and the overall presentation of the service

- Plan staffing, rosters and wages in line with educator-to-child ratios and wage-to-revenue percentage targets

About You

- Hold a Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent





- Have proven Centre Manager experience or significant experience as a 2IC or Assistant Centre Manager

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and Child Protected Standards

- Be confident managing staffing, rosters, wages, occupancy, compliance and competing operational priorities

- Hold a current Working with Children Check and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
