- Set and maintain quoting standards, templates, and customer experience touchpoints.
- Ensure product knowledge and pricing lists are accurate and current.
- Support admin and sales teams with technical/product knowledge.
- Work with the Sales Manager to improve the efficiency of estimating schedules and weekly quoting routines.
