You are someone who has demonstrated experience in financial reporting for this position; SAP experience would be greatly advantageous but is not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

THE PROSPECT

The purpose of your role is to provide support & assistance for the finance manager and finance team with all bookkeeping and data entry for account preparation. Accounts Receivable/Payable and reconciliations are the entry-level responsibilities of the role; these obligations will grow as you acquire experience. If you are studying to become a chartered accountant this role best fits you.

Key Duties Include:

- Action daily enquiries from customers and staff, face to face and by phone/email.
- Open,



action and circulate daily mail.
- Daily bank account reconciliations.
- Oversee preparation, payment, reconciliation, and payment of fortnightly payroll.
- Processing supplier invoices and mailing/emailing statements.
- Reconciliation of intercompany balances.
- Processing suppliers' foreign exchange requirements.
- Preparation of reports required under the company's FCPA reporting requirements.
- Opening and maintenance of debtors' and creditors' master file accounts.
- Preparation and posting of monthly accounting journals.
- Reconciliation of high-risk balance sheet accounts.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly draft accounting reports.

ABOUT YOU

- Tertiary qualification in Business/Accounting
- In the process of completing CA/CPA qualification
- Sound knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping processes
- Ability to prepare Financial Statements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Salary package: $75k - 90k Package + Benefits
