About the Role:

Based in the leafy suburb of Gordon, Sydney, this modern multiple-chair dental practice delivers a wide range of services for patients of all ages, including preventive care, cosmetic and restorative treatments, implants, endodontics, and in-house whitening.

The practice is well-respected in the community for its patient-focused approach and high standard of care. You'll work 40 hours per week over five days alongside a supportive, experienced team of dentists and dental assistants, with plenty of opportunities to grow your skills within a large Australasian dental network. With solid leadership, a welcoming culture, and state-of-the-art equipment, this practice offers a professional yet relaxed environment where both staff and patients thrive.

Key Duties:

- Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures

- Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
- Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
- Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages
- Maintaining patient records

Package & Benefits:

- Earning potential between AUD$130,000 to AUD$180,000
- 40% commission on monthly sales revenue
- Relocation assistance up to $12,000, including visa support and APHRA registration

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
- Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with AHPRA and associated working visas (with support from the client)
- Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
- Strong experience in general dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
