The centre offers a range of specialised programs and clinics, including early diagnosis services, custom wheelchair seating clinics, group therapy programs, school holiday programs, and community engagement initiatives.

About the role:

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join an established multidisciplinary team based in Dubbo, NSW on a part-time basis (3 days per week) for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will work with a varied caseload, with approximately 75% of clients living with cerebral palsy and related conditions. The majority of your caseload will be paediatric clients aged 0–18 years.

This role offers a blend of centre-based and community-based work, with approximately 70% of your time spent at the Dubbo clinic and the remainder supporting clients in their homes, schools, and community settings. Most travel is within Dubbo, with occasional outreach across the wider Orana region.

You will be joining a highly experienced multidisciplinary team consisting of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists,



providing opportunities for collaboration, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.

- Manage a diverse and rewarding caseload
- Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Provide mentorship and supervision to new graduates and students
- Contribute to clinical excellence and service development initiatives
- Participate in research collaborations and evidence-based practice projects
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and support networks

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration or willingness to obtain registration
- Demonstrated experience as a Speech Pathologist, with senior-level experience highly regarded
- Passion for working with people with disabilities and complex needs
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
