They are now seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their growing and supportive multidisciplinary team.

? About the Role

As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:

- Deliver community-based occupational therapy services across Melbourne
- Conduct comprehensive functional, cognitive, psychosocial, and environmental assessments
- Develop and implement individualised, goal-directed intervention plans
- Provide therapy focused on improving independence, participation, and daily living skills
- Support clients across NDIS, private, and community funding streams
- Deliver services in homes, schools, clinics, and community environments
- Complete assistive technology assessments and home modification recommendations
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, educators, and other allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and NDIS-compliant records
- Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning

? Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration (OT Board of Australia)
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- ABN (for contractor engagement)
- Experience in NDIS preferred
