Roles – Entry level Shot Crete Sprayers & Finishers

No experience required, duties you will be trained in:

- Hose Support: Manually drag, lift, and safely manipulate heavy, pressurized concrete delivery hoses to assist the primary nozzleman.

- Line Control: Maintain strict control and positioning of hoses to reduce operator fatigue and ensure smooth project flow.

- Nozzle Training: Learn to balance and control air pressure, water volume, and chemical accelerator under direct supervision.

- Equipment Setup, Inspections & Maintenance: Pipeline Rigging, Pre-Start Checks and Post-Spray Cleanout.

- Site Preparation & Material Management: Rebound Clearing, Surface Prep and Mix Monitoring

- Desirable Tickets: Extra tickets are an advantage (EWP or Working at Heights)

- Compliance: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical alongside a drug and alcohol screening
