My client is a highly respected national commercial property consultancy with an established presence across Australia and an impressive portfolio of Large Format Retail assets. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Large Format Retail Leasing Executive to join their Perth team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside an experienced national leasing leader while building your own profile within the Large Format Retail market. The Opportunity

This is a business development and leasing-focused position where you'll be responsible for growing and managing relationships with landlords and national retailers across Western Australia.

From day one, you'll be allocated assets to manage while also being encouraged to proactively win new instructions and grow your own client base. You'll have the autonomy to develop your market while being backed by a nationally recognised business with exceptional resources and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage leasing across a portfolio of Large Format Retail assets.
- Build relationships with landlords, developers and national retailers.
- Identify and secure current leasing appointments through business development.




- Conduct market research and rental analysis.
- Inspect properties and coordinate leasing campaigns.
- Work closely with internal property analysts and marketing teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, driven and eager to establish themselves within the Large Format Retail sector.

Ideally you will have:

- 2-3 years' experience within commercial property, commercial sales & leasing or retail leasing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A genuine interest in business development and winning new clients.
- Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and property owners.
- Current WA Real Estate Registration (or the ability to obtain it).
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and desire to build a long-term career.
