Hoseright Canning Vale is looking for a reliable and motivated Branch Coordinator to keep everything running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take care of daily operations, support customers, and ensure the workshop is organised and efficient.
This isn’t about managing a team – it’s about being the point of contact on site, coordinating with mobile technicians and head office, and making sure the branch delivers great service every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations
- Assist walk-in customers with hose and hydraulic solutions
- Coordinate jobs with mobile technicians and head office
- Manage stock, orders, and workshop supplies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised workspace
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers
- Good product knowledge and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Organised, reliable, and safety-focused
- Clear communicator and approachable with customers
- Preferably located south of the river
