Employment Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced Fabricators, Boilermakers and Pipefitters to join our team on a full-time basis. These roles will be based in our Henderson Workshops, although may include metro site works.

Duties

- Pipe Fitting

- Weld to code standards using applicable welding processes Apply safe welding practices.

- Assembly of parts.

- Performing fabrication operations including mark off/out structural fabrication and shapes

- Lay out, fit and weld fabricated cast and forged components to assemble structural forms to drawing specifications.

- Lay out, position, align and fit components.

- Bolts, clamps and tack weld parts to secure in position for welding.

- Conduct repairs to structures by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts.

- Interpreting technical drawings.





- Operate equipment used in machine shop in accordance with operating procedures.

- Performing operational maintenance of machines and equipment.

- Ensuring work is conducted in accordance with client requirements, specifications and procedures set by the company.

- Provide overall guidance, mentorship and support to apprentices within the workshop team.

Minimum requirements:

- Relevant Trade Certificate

- 3+ years post trade experience

- Heavy Structural Fabrication experience for Boilermaker / Welders

- "C" Class Drivers Licence

- Brownfields piping experience for Pipefitters - Desirable

- Must be able to read and interpret fabrication drawings and isometrics

- Experience with subsea piping for Pipefitting candidates is desirable, but not essential.

You must be willing and able to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening prior to commencement.
