The Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing high‑volume coffee orders
- Ensure every customer receives a consistently high‑quality coffee
- Maintain stock levels and keep your workspace clean and organised
- Set, adjust, and calibrate coffee machines and grinders
- Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and machine step‑down procedures
About You
- Hold a valid Blue Card
- Experienced barista with robust technical coffee skills
- Professionally presented with excellent communication abilities
- Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Barista qualification required
- Minimum 1 year barista experience
- Strong customer service focus and a warm, engaging “barista personality”
