ABOUT THE ROLE

In this community aged care role you will support the delivery of allied health services and programs to both individuals and groups. You will work as an extension of multidisciplinary teams supporting clients to achieve their wellness goals and clinical needs.





We are looking for staff that share our drive and think outside the box in the way we deliver wellness and re-enablement initiatives and programs.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Relevant degree qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Experience with delivering community based rehabilitation, re-enablement and pain management programs to the elderly
- Knowledge of falls education and prevention initiatives
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation (both written and digital)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews
