About the Role

As a member of our Client Services team,



you'll be at the heart of the hospital, ensuring every client, patient and referring veterinarian receives outstanding service.

This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and communication in a busy specialist setting.

Working hours:

- We operate from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm

- The shifts currently on offer are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday between 10am and 6pm.

- Availability for initial training to take place between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

- Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries

- Monitoring and responding to shared mailboxes

- Processing payments and invoices

- Assisting with pet insurance claims

- Scheduling appointments and supporting administrative workflows

- Maintaining accurate client records using EzyVet

- Working closely with our veterinary specialists, nurses and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience

About You

Veterinary reception experience is welcomed but not essential. We're looking for someone with outstanding people skills, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
