Business Development and School Partnerships Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic relationship builder who loves meeting people, creating opportunities and helping schools succeed.

This is a unique role that combines:

✔ Business Development

✔ Account Management

✔ Relationship Building

✔ Marketing Collaboration

✔ School Visits Across WA

No two days are the same.

One day you could be presenting to a school executive team, the next attending an education conference, then helping launch a new photography program or supporting an existing school partnership.

What you'll do

- Build relationships with schools across WA

- Grow existing school partnerships

- Win new business opportunities

- Present our products and services at schools and conferences

- Strong administrative, data management and team communication skills

- Prepare quotations and proposals

- Attend conferences and networking events

- Work closely with our marketing and operations teams

- Help shape new products and customer initiatives

About you

You'll be someone who:





- Loves building relationships

- Is confident speaking with decision-makers

- Confidently present, speak at conferences, seminars and industry events

- Enjoys working independently

- Has excellent organisational skills

- Is motivated by achieving goals

- Enjoys travelling throughout WA

- Has experience in sales, account management or business development

Experience working with schools or within education is highly regarded but not essential.
