Practice Manager / Front Office Leader (Dental)

Belmont Dental Surgery – Part of My Implant Dentist | Full-Time

Location: Belmont, WA

Are you an experienced Lead Dental Receptionist ready to take the next step into leadership? Or an experienced Practice Manager looking to join a high-performing national dental organisation where you can make a real impact?

Belmont Dental Surgery, part of the My Implant Dentist group, is seeking a confident, organised, and patient-focused Leader to help drive patient experience, treatment conversion, and clinic performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front — supporting patients through their journey while helping the clinic run at a high level every day.

You'll work closely with clinicians and the reception team to:

- Manage appointment flow and daily schedules

- Improve treatment acceptance and patient follow-up

- Support recall and reactivation systems

- Lead and mentor front office staff

- Help drive strong clinic performance and patient outcomes

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in a busy dental front office or treatment coordinator role

- Is confident speaking with patients about treatment and bookings

- Naturally takes ownership and solves problems quickly

- Enjoys leadership, accountability, and achieving results





- Wants to grow with a rapid-moving dental group
