My Glory is growing and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to lead that growth. What You'll Do

Drive Strategic Growth
Lead the planning and rollout of new service hubs across NSW, using market research and demand analysis to identify where My Glory can make the biggest difference.

Uncover New Opportunities
Research the market, track competitor activity and client needs, and turn insight into action building strategies that expand our client base and service offering.

Build Community & Partnerships
Become the face of My Glory in your region. Forge relationships with healthcare providers, support coordinators, educational institutions and disability advocacy groups. Represent us at community events, expos and disability fairs, and help drive referral growth.

Lead & Develop Your Team
Foster a positive,



inclusive team culture and support ongoing professional development to keep service delivery standards high.

Manage Budgets & Performance
Own the financial side of expansion, budgeting, cost control, and reporting to senior management.

Promote & Market Our Services
Design and execute marketing and referral initiatives that raise our profile and bring new clients through the door.

What You Bring

- 2+ years' experience in business development, healthcare management, or a related field, with a track record of successful project delivery and team leadership

- Strong strategic planning and analytical ability

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build stakeholder relationships

- Solid financial management and budgeting experience

- A background in marketing or promotional activity

- Confident, capable leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of the disability and/or aged care sector is highly desirable
