About the client:

We are an established, rapidly growing automotive glass specialist servicing retail, insurance, fleet, and smash repair clients throughout Central Victoria. Known for our uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional service, we handle everything from classic car glass restoration to state-of-the-art ADAS-equipped modern passenger and commercial vehicles.

As our client base continues to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled, trade-experienced Senior Automotive Glazier who takes pride in their craft, loves technical variety, and can operate with complete autonomy.

The Role:

This is not a repetitive, basic assembly-line windscreen replacement role. We are seeking a versatile technician with broad auto glass capabilities.

Working across both our modern workshop and our mobile service division, you will manage complex installations, remove-and-refit (R&R;) work for premium smash repairers, and troubleshoot tricky water or air leaks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete high-quality, manufacturer-standard windscreen removals and replacements.
- Execute precision side, rear, quarter, and fixed glass installations.
- Conduct complexes remove-and-refit (R&R;) glass work for local smash repair partners.
- Handle vehicle trim, moulding, and delicate interior component removal/refitting with extreme care.
- Diagnose and rectify stubborn water and wind leaks.
- Perform high-quality stone chip repairs.
- Provide professional mobile service work throughout the regional area.
- Maintain clean workspaces, fully stocked mobile units, and detailed job cards.
- Deliver polite,



expert face-to-face service to our retail and trade clients.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you must be a well-rounded technician who takes genuine pride in delivering a flawless finish.

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on automotive glazing experience (extensive experience across side, rear, and quarter glass is essential).
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work unsupervised, manage your own schedule, and solve problems on-site.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional trim removal and refitting skills—you know how to handle modern vehicle interiors without causing damage.
- Traits: Reliable, punctual, highly organized, and client focused.
- Licensing: Valid Australian Driver’s License (Manual required).

Highly Desirable Skills:

- Prior experience working closely with the smash repair/collision industry.
- Hands-on experience handling ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) camera and sensor calibration/unmounting.
- Experience servicing commercial fleets, transport, and agricultural vehicles.
- High comfort level working on late-model luxury or technologically advanced vehicles.
