They're seeking a Property Manager to take over a portfolio of approximately 130-160 residential properties, supported by modern technology, streamlined processes and leadership that trusts you to do what you do best.

With a majority centralised Inner North portfolio, flexible working arrangements and genuine autonomy, you'll spend less time dealing with unnecessary stress and more time building strong relationships with your clients.

The Role

You'll take ownership of a reasonably sized residential portfolio, including:

- End-to-end portfolio management
- Building long-term relationships with rental providers and renters
- Routine inspections, lease renewals and tenancy management




- Coordinating maintenance with contractors and landlords
- Managing arrears and day-to-day portfolio administration
- Delivering proactive communication and exceptional customer service

About You

You'll ideally have:

- Previous residential Property Management experience managing your own portfolio (1-2+ Year Portfolio Management exp preferred)
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or Estate Agent Licence)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to Property Management
