An exciting and rare opportunity exists for NRMA Patrols to join our existing team in the Hunter to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Leading exceptional member experiences through every interaction

- Utilize mechanical and/or electrical automotive expertise to assess the appropriate action to keep our members moving in the safest way

- Team player contributing to the success of the team by maintaining a positive and excellent attitude towards your work, giving support to fellow team members

- Understand and drive superior safety practices

- Self-leadership – motivated by driving your own development, keeping up with new technical skills and industry trends

Requirements for Success





- Successful completion of an apprenticeship in an automotive trade or equivalent.

- Acceptable qualifications include Motor Mechanic, Auto Electrician, or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic apprenticeships.

- Experience in mechanical repair with an understanding of motor vehicles and the motor vehicle industry

- Minimum 1-2 years of mechanical repair experience is required.

- Knowledge of Work, Health and Safety practices and successfully apply these skills to motor vehicle repair/servicing and customer service.

- Minimum Class C Driver's License

- 7-day fortnight (on call) on a rotating roster. Based from home.

- Must reside in Cessnock area.

- Australian work rights are required for this position.
