C&H; Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Hand to join our client's team based in the Mittagong area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hand and power tool experience who is looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Job Details:

- General factory and workshop duties
- Use of hand and power tools
- Assisting with assembly and production tasks
- Manual handling and lifting duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Monday to Thursday: 5:30am - 2:00pm
- Friday: 5:30am - 11:00am
- $33.40/hr + penalties
- Ongoing, long-term opportunity with temp-to-perm potential

Requirements:

- Previous experience using hand and power tools
- Experience working in a factory, workshop, manufacturing or labouring environment
- Current Driver's Licence
- Own reliable transport




- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
