The ideal Internal Sales Support will join a team in an internal capacity and duties will include helping to increase sales and assist with the growth of the business. We are looking for an outstanding individual that meets and exceeds expectations.

Main duties/responsibilities:

- Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone.
- Counter sales including customer development.
- Picking and packing of orders.
- Generate sales quotes promptly and accurately.
- Manage client relationships by providing responsive customer service and support.
- Enter and maintain sales and customer information in the company job system.
- Support sales representatives as and when required.

Skills & Experience:

- An excellent telephone manner, positive relationship skills and a professional demeanour.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Show initiative and forward thinking.
- Competent computer skills essential.
