Viewix is a creative video production company based in Sydney. We produce bold, polished content for premium brands, and we're looking for an editor with a year or two behind them who's ready for more.

This role is for someone who's already worked inside a production company or agency. You've cut to real briefs, hit real deadlines, and survived a few rounds of client feedback. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder explaining timelines, exports or file management.

You get social video. You know what holds attention in the first two seconds and what gets scrolled past. You've made work that performed, and you can tell us why it did.

What you want now is scope. Better projects, a real say in the creative, and a team small enough that your work is visible.

About the Role

We're after a Video Editor to join us in a casual capacity, with the potential to grow into a bigger role. You'll work across social media edits, branded content and narrative pieces for clients you'll actually recognise.

We're a small team, so you'll own your edits end to end rather than being handed one small piece of someone else's project.

What You'll Be Doing

- Cutting short-form and long-form content in Adobe Premiere Pro

- Building punchy social edits with strong pacing, structure and hooks





- Taking a brief and coming back with an approach, not just a first draft

- Handling your own graphics, sound and colour to a clean finish

- Feeding into shoots so post runs smoothly

- Working directly with the creative team on client projects

We're Looking For Someone Who...

- Has 1 to 2 years editing experience at a production company, agency or in-house team

- Is fast and clean in Adobe Premiere Pro, and comfortable in After Effects (Resolve is a bonus)

- Has a reel that shows range and finish, not just one good spot

- Can manage their own workload and hit deadlines without chasing

- Takes feedback well and knows when to push back on it

- Communicates clearly and works well in a team

- Wants more responsibility than their current gig is giving them
