A Dealership Showroom Concierge is the first impression of the brand and a key part of creating an exceptional customer journey. More than simply greeting customers, you’ll be the person who welcomes guests into the showroom, guides them through their visit and helps deliver a premium experience.

You’ll be up on your feet, engaging with customers, building rapport and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed and valued from the moment they arrive.

You’ll be visible, approachable and constantly interacting with customers and colleagues alike, helping create an energetic and premium environment where people genuinely enjoy spending time.

About You

You’re warm, engaging and naturally great with people.

You enjoy creating exceptional experiences and know how to make customers feel comfortable, welcomed and valued without being overly scripted or sales-focused.

You bring positive energy,



confidence and professionalism to every interaction and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

You’ll also need strong organisational and administration skills, confidence with technology and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Ideally, you’ll have at least 12 months’ experience in hospitality, hotels, airlines, premium retail, reception, customer service or another customer-facing setting where presentation, service and professionalism are highly valued.
