Tier 1: Healthcare & Education $20-50M
Tier 1: Unique builds up to $80M in value, complex architecture
Tier 2: Apartment projects/ social housing
Tier 2: Education up to $50M
Tier 3: Retail & Fast Food & Fuel Stations
Tier 3: Government buildings

Your new role

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the project on site from civil construction through to completion. You will oversee daily construction activities, trades and on-site material processes to ensure the project is running on budget and on time.

For these positions, you must have prior experience overseeing similar projects from $5M+ working for the main contractor.

What you'll need to succeed





- Experience working in commercial construction as a site supervisor or manager (3+ years required)

- Ability to manage large on-site projects, from civil works to competition.

- Larger projects require the ability to manage 20+ on site.

- Full working rights
