With their scope of work growing considerably and new opportunities on hand, our Client is looking to grow their Project Team further to include an additional Site Manager for their Wollongong based projects.

With a project portfolio that consists of high end residential properties through to commercial construction builds, our Client continues to evolve on the NSW South Coast.

This opportunity is open to an experienced Site Manager, or a candidate who is ready to step into this responsibility who offers a strong background in their Trade inclusive of leadership and mentoring skills.

Working closely with the Construction & Project Team across all aspects of construction, you will be responsible for:

- Arranging and managing all trades and contractors
- Reporting on project milestones to the client
- Arranging and ordering materials




- Managing inductions and site safety at all times
- Ensure work is performed to meet project deadlines on time and to budget
- Compliance & Licensing

Essentially your background and Resume will demonstrate;

- Experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Leading Hand
- Experience in reporting
- Solid coordination and scheduling skills with the capacity to engage at all levels
- Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
- Advanced computer skills - ideally, Pro Core & Hammertech
